The 拢14m contract will see Wates fix 4,200 properties in the town over the next two years.
The appointment expands Wates鈥 presence in the West Midlands, where it already maintains more than 30,000 properties for Birmingham City Council.
Wates previously worked for Tamworth on maintenance works between 2008 and 2010 as part of the Decent Homes Standard programme.
Wates Living Space managing director David Morgan said it was 鈥渁 privilege鈥 to be working for Tamworth Borough Council again and said that his team was now fully mobilised.
