Mr Cutler, a chartered civil engineer, will join Balfour Beatty as a managing director of its regional business at the end of January 2014.
He has been chief executive of Barhale for the past three and a half years. Previous positions include managing director of Morgan Est and many years with Tarmac 萝莉原创 in a range of senior positions.
Balfour Beatty鈥檚 regional business has a 拢1.8bn turnover from sectors including commercial, retail, coastal defence, local infrastructure, residential, defence and education. It operates through four regional hubs in Manchester, Edinburgh London and Bristol and 17 delivery units across the UK and Ireland.
Mr Cutler will form a tier of management just below Balfour Beatty 萝莉原创 Services UK chief executive officer Nicholas Pollard and just above the four regional managing directors 鈥 Mark Farrah (North & Midlands), Neil Patterson ( London & Southeast), Bill Kingwill, (Southwest), and Murray Easton (Scotland and Ireland).
