Job Description
Dove & Hawk are working alongside London's leading estate agency, and they are searching for a talented and driven Sales Valuer to join their amazing Marylebone & Mayfair Office. You'll be working in one of London's most desirable areas, where your expertise in valuing and instructing properties will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service, setting a high standard for the rest of the team.
- Drive market share growth and support business development efforts to increase revenue.
- Perform valuations and secure instructions for property sales, in one of London's most sought-after locations
- Work closely with senior management on high-profile listings and key clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth experience.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in renting or selling property in London, particularly in Central London.
- Strong track record in valuing and listing properties, in London.
- Self-driven with a keen interest in taking on a new and exciting challenge.
- Well-spoken and sharp
- Valid UK driving licence (automatic or manual).
