Description
Are you an experienced Fa莽ade Designer looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our clients team Ireland, Sponsorship is avaialable. . In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating fa莽ade systems for various projects.
Your expertise in facade engineering and design will contribute to the successful execution of our projects and ensure client satisfaction. If you have a passion for innovative design, attention to detail, and a desire to work collaboratively with a talented team, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to design innovative and efficient fa莽ade systems for commercial and residential projects
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for fa莽ade systems, incorporating architectural intent and project requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure the feasibility of proposed designs
- Perform structural calculations and analysis to ensure the integrity and safety of fa莽ade systems
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for fa莽ade components, considering aesthetic, performance, and sustainability requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain pricing and technical information for fa莽ade systems
- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fa莽ade design, with a focus on commercial and/or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to fa莽ade design
- Experience with structural calculations and analysis software is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing previous fa莽ade design projects is required
