Network Rail uses its PRISM tool to assign a score to its contractors in a bid to drive a culture of continuous improvement. The scores also inform the future selection of suppliers.
While Osborne pips Birse Rail and J Murphy to the top of the table, Buckingham Group props up the bottom, below Aecom and Colas Rail Morgan Sindall JV.
Osborne’s ‘average PRISM delivery score’ was just shy of 4.5. Buckingham scored just under 3.0.
