The UK’s competitions authority is forcing Breedon Aggregates Limited to sell an asphalt plant in Aberdeen and a ready-mix concrete plant in Peterhead.
Breedon Aggregates group chief executive Simon Vivian has accused the competition authorities of tying up the resources of companies it investigates, preventing them from continuing with their normal growth plans.
